1 scoop biotest vanilla whey and casein protein powder1/4 cup dry powder cocoa2 T flax seeds, ground2 T Adams smooth salted peanut butter
Directions
mix together the dry ingredients. Add water to stiff consistency, mix in peanut butter

divide and eat
