choco oats

Ingredients
Butter unsalted- 1 tbsp.quaker oats- 1 cup dry powder cocoa, unsweetened- 3 tbsp.splenda- 4 tspmilk, skim- 1/4 cup
Directions
1. Mix together the cocoa, butter, and milk. then put in microwave for 30-45 seconds.
2.take out of microwave, and mix in splenda.
3.then add oats, mix thoroughly

Serving Size: makes a 1 cup bowl
