Ingredients
150 g sliced zucchini in strips150 g. sweet bell peppers, sliced in strips and cut in half1 ripe tomato, chunked150 g. sugar snap peas (5.3 oz)150 g. cucumber chunked1 cup sliced purple onion170 g. sliced carrots
Directions
I used the food processor to slice the onion and carrot. Otherwise chunk all. Put in a large covered container. shake and refrigerated until ready to use in salads, stir fries, soup, or as dippers.
