Cucumber, Tomato, Feta Summer Salad

Ingredients
3 Cucumbers (skin on)1 package Chrubs Cherry Tomatos (or any other cherry tomatos)1 4oz package of Feta Cheese3 tbsp Olive Oil3 tbsp Basalmic Vinegar.5 tsp Kosher Salt .5 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
This is a raw food recipe

Slice cucumbers as desired (I put them through my spirooli slicer (also known as the Paderno World Cuisine 3 in 1 slicer))

Cut cherry tomatos in half (lengthwise)

Combine feta, sliced cumbers, and sliced tomatoes in bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
