Spinich egg beater wrap

Ingredients
Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 0.25 cup (not packed) Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.5 cup Fiber one 80 calorie wrap, 1 serving *Dole Fresh Spinich, 4 oz
Directions
Spray small fry pan with cooking spray, simmer spinach on low/med heat until soft. Pour in egg substitute, cook until no longer runny, flip and place the wrap over top. cook 1 minute and flip so wrap is on bottom. turn off burner. spread cottage cheese over half of wrap, fold other half over top. Remove from pan, cut in half & enjoy.
