Mayonnaise chicken

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, skin removed Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 3 tbsp Garlic, 1 tsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp Tomato Paste, 4 tbspSunflower Oil, 2 tbspLemon Juice, 2 tbspSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tspGround cumin seed, 1 tsp Red chilli powder or crushed red chillies(0.25 tsp)Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cut chicken into individual portions
Marinate chicken with all the ingredients except butter
Heat butter in a pot and add chicken. Cook adding little water as necessary to prevent burning
Serve with a salad, low carb pasta or low carb bread
