Watermelon and Feta Salad

Ingredients
-4 Cups Cubed Watermelon-4 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled-1/2-1/3 Cup loosely packed fresh mint-1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
Directions
1. Add the cubed watermelon to a bowl. Coarsely chop the mint and add it into the bowl, along with the feta.
2. Add the red wine vinegar, toss, serve, and enjoy!
