1.5 c. skim milk3 eggs3 T water2 T vegetable oil1.5 tsp. vanilla extract1.5 c. flour1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. baking cocoa1/8 tsp. salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients well.

Place scant 1/4 c. mixture into pan coated with non-stick cooking spray.
