Ingredients
*Egg Beaters Egg Whites Liquid Egg Products, 1 cup (remove)Egg white, large, 2 serving (remove)*Fit & Active Turkey Franks (1 frank), 1 serving (remove)*Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion), .25 serving (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 7 strips (remove)Spinach, fresh, .5 cup (remove)*Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 0.5 cup (remove)
Directions
Dice all ingredients and mix with egg and using a 1/2 cp measuring cup scoop into muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
