Egg Noodles, enriched, 1 cup Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) Mushrooms, fresh, 6 slice Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz Olive Oil, 1 1tsp salt & pepperonion powder
1. boil the noodles per instructions on the bag.
2. Sautee the broccoli and mushrooms in the olive oil.
3. Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the broccoli and mushrooms.
4. Season with the salt, pepper and onion powder.
5. Sprinkle with the parmesan & mozzarella cheese.
6. Add a little of the pasta water if it is too dry or tight from the cheese.
Serving Size: 2 - 1 cup servings
