1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour3 1/2 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. nutmeg1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 1/4 cups Sweet Potatoes, mashed2 lg. eggs1 1/2 cups milk1/4 cup apple sauce1 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal, plain (optional) Water
Mix dry ingredients together; add remaining ingredients. Add water if need to thin to the right consistency. Heat pancake griddle around 350. Spray grill with cooking spray. Spoon pancakes onto griddle cook about two minutes one side; flip cook about 2 minutes until pancake is no longer doughy inside.
