Whole Fruit Juice

Ingredients
2 Bananas1 Orange1 Kiwi1 c. Spinach1 c. sliced Strawberries3 oz. Baby Carrots (about 10 - 11 pieces)2 Dates (pitted)1 Tbsp. Hemp Hearts (shelled)1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds1 Tbsp. Flax Seeds3 - 3 1/2 c. water
Directions
Peel Bananans, Orange, and Kiwi and put into Vitamix or blender with all other ingredients. Blend on high until smooth.

Serving Size: This will make about 8 - 8 oz. servings.
