For the sauce:10 oz ground beef2 tsp margarine1/2 bundle of green onion, diced (50g)1/2 small onion (50g)3 cloves of garlic1 medium red bell pepper, diced (225g)1 tsp each of cumin, mint, and red chilli pepper1 can of tomato paste (5.5 fl oz)1 cup hot water
Cook the beef, and margarine in a sauce pan till all the meat is brown. Add the spice, and vegetables, and cook for 5 more minutes. Add tomato paste, and water and cook till it reaches the desired thickness. Then add over spaghetti.
