Cals Chicken Salad

Ingredients
6 ounces of chopped breast meat chopped 8 tablespoons of lite mayo1/2 cup of plain fat free yogurt1/2 cup of red seedless grapes, cut in half1 nice crisp apple cored, peeled and chopped1 cup of sliced or chopped celery 2 tablespoons of chopped pecans
Directions
Mix chicken, apple, celery, grapes and pecans together, set aside.
Mix yogurt, mayo, pepper and paprika together and pour over other mixture and mix well.
This makes 6 servings to use as topping for a bed of lettuce , then top all with a little chopped tomatoes or it will make 6 nice hefty sandwiches.
