Katigie's Spicy Spaghetti Sauce--nutritional info for one serving

Ingredients
1 lb. ground sirloin1 big can of Roma tomatoes (peeled, unpeeled, whole or chopped)2 small cans tomato paste (I like Hunt's or Contadina plain)1 or 2 T dry basil.5 t thyme.5 t oregano.5 t marjoramdash of rosemary1t dried powdered garlic1.5 t paprikadash of dried mustard
Directions
Brown sirloin with salt, breaking up the meat into "pebbles." Add contents of canned tomatoes, stirring mixture and letting it boil. Add tomato paste and 3 of those small cans of water. Stir, allow to boil. Turn burner down to the lowest setting, add spices to taste, more salt if you like. Allow to cook at low setting for 3-5 hrs (2 will work in a pinch). Serve with pasta
