Fajita Marinade

Ingredients
1/2 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. salt3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper2 T ground cumin2 T garlic powder2 T onion powder1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup lime juice2 tsp. liquid smoke1/2 cup water
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Marinade meat and/or vegetables for up to 24 hours (add 2 T water for longer marinade times to avoid over-salting). Vegetables marinaded with meat must be cooked.
