Almond Milk Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
about five medium potatoes4 tbsp vegetable spreadabout 1-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milkwater to desired consistencysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
cube potatoes and place in a medium stock pot. boil potatoes in water until soft - drain, combine all other ingredients in stock pot and blend using a hand mixer.
