1/2 C natural peanut butter15g raw cacao powder0.5 C honey1/4 C coconut oil1/2 C soy milk ( or other milk alternative)pinch of salt1.5 C coconut flour
Mix all ingredients together, sifting in the flour & measure each cookie using a tbsp and rolling out onto baking tray lined with baking paper. Cook on 140 degrees celcius for 15 mins or until golden but not too dark.
