Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
Fruit Base2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, cut up8 cups fresh or frozen rhubarb, diced1/3 cup splenda1/3 cup all purpose flour1 tsp ground cinnamonTopping1 1/2 cups large oat flakes2/3 cup brown sugar2/3 cup flour1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all of the fruit base ingredients. Toss around to mix. Spread evenly in a 9 x 13" baking pan.
Combine the topping ingredients in a bowl... toss to mix, and sprinkle evenly over the fruit base. Bake at 350 for about an hour. Serve warm or room temperature. Top with low fat frozen yogurt, icecream or whipped topping.
Makes 16 servings.
