IN LARGE MIXING BOWL ADD THE JELLO GELATIN ANY FLAVOR OF YOUR CHOICE 3 OUNCE PACKAGE TO THIS ADD 1/2 CUP OF VERY HOT TAP/BOILED WATER TO MELT THE SUGAR.THEN ADD 16 OUNCE PACKAGE'S(2-8 Ounce EACH) OF FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED TO THIS & BEAT WITH MIXER TIL THOROUGHLY MIXED.NEXT ADD NO CALORIE SUGAR TO YOUR TASTE I USED 2/3 CUP.BEAT WITH MIXER TIL BLENDED.

OPTIONAL:( I NEXT ADDED CRUSHER WATER ENHANCER THAT'S THE NAME OF IT FLAVORED TROPICAL PINEAPPLE I SQUEEZED THIS IN JUST LIKE YOU WOULD TO FLAVOR YOUR WATER TO TASTE ABOUT 2tsp.THEN I STIRRED IN 1/2 CUP COCONUT FLAKES SWEETENED.)

I PLACED MINE IN A TIN FOIL LINED GLASS BAKING DISH THAT'S SQUARE 9" & 2"HIGH.I ADDED GRAHAM CRACKERS ABOUT 6 LARGE RECTANGLE ONES BROKE THOSE UP IN BITE SIZE PIECES TO COVER THE BOTTOM OF THE DISH.NO NEED TO ADD SUGAR OR BUTTER TO IT UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BLIND BAKE IT 1ST BEFORE ADDING THE CHEESECAKE MIXTURE.PLACE MIXTURE IN IT & REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT OR AT LEAST 4-6 HOURS.IT WILL HAVE A THICK CREAMY TEXTURE,JUST LIKE REGULAR BAKED CHEESECAKE DOES.YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS I PROMISE YOU,YOU WILL LOVE IT.BETTER THAN THE BOXED.

WHEN I MADE THIS I ADDED THE FULL FAT CREAM CHEESE & COCONUT FLAKES EACH PIECE WOULD BE 278 CALORIES.
