Ingredients
tomato,cucumber,bell pepper,onion,water,olive oil,red wine vinegar,salt,pepper,cumin,garlic
Directions
chop tomato,cucumber,onion & bell pepper.throw in blender/food processor. add 1 cup water and olive oil. blend.add vinegar,garlic,salt,cumin and black pepper. blend until desired consistency.refrigerate 1 hr.
