1/2 C. Oatmeal (regular or instant)1/2 C. Fiber One Cereal1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. pumpkin-pie spice1/4 tsp. salt3/4 C. fat free cottage cheese1 tblsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 tsp. vanilla extract1 C. Egg Beaters1/2 C. pure pumpkin, canned
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cook in heated waffle iron lightly coated with Butter Flavored PAM.
