Sour Cherry Best Pie

Ingredients
5 cups Sour Cherries - pitted1/3 cup Flour1 cup sugar1/3 cup Butter1/3 cup crisco2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt5 tbsp water
Directions
make pie crust
pit cherries and mix with 1/3 cup flour and 1/ cup sugar
put in pie crust and dot with butter
put on top crust and bake for 60 to 90 minutes
