Oh She Glows Nacho Cheez sauce

Ingredients
3/4 cup raw cashews1/4 cup + 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 1/3 cup water1/4 cup salsa (I used Medium heat)2 tsp chili powder1 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp garlic powder* see noteShake red pepper flakes1/2 tsp kosher salt
Directions
Put everything in to a high speed blender or food processor. If not using a Vitamix, soak the cashews in water for four hours and then drain before using.
