Low Carb Flax Tortilla

Ingredients
1 large egg3 tbsp. flax seed meal2 tsp. grated parmasian cheese (optional)1 pinch salt
Directions
In a small bowl, beat egg, flax seed meal, cheese and salt. Pour mixture onto a very hot greased griddle and spread out to the size of a medium tortilla. Cook on 1st side until the mixture sets, about 1 minute. When ready, flip and cook for additional 30 seconds. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Use as you would a normal flour tortilla.
