Ingredients
2C of fresh or frozen spinach1 TBS of soaked chia seeds1C Soymilk3oz of Light Strawberry Banana Yogurt2 oz of Orange Juice1 tsp Fresh PeppermintWater as needed
Directions
Add water and juice to blender first. Next add the spinach and turn on blender. As the ingredients blend add soy milk, yogurt, peppermint and soaked chia seeds. You may add more water to help create a smoother blend.
