beef sheppards pie

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 28 oz Potatoes, mashed, dehydrated, prepared from flakes without milk, whole milk and butter add, 6 cup (I do add low carb milk and butter)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Hood , Carb Countdown Dairy Beverage, 2% Reduced Fat, 1 cup, .50 serving Margarine, soft, 3 tsp Beef Gravy, 1 cup
Directions
pre heat oven to 375
fry ground beef (with a little water to pull fat out) and onions and garlic together till meat is cooked thru, while thats cooking make instant potatoes, add butter and milk to the mashed potatoes (salt and pepper to taste). Spray 9x13 inch pan with non stick spray, use half the potatoes to cover the bottom, mix corn with hamburger then spread over the potatoes, then cover the top of the meat mixture with the remaining potatoes. put in oven for 30 minutes or until potatoes are brown on top, while in oven heat some gravy up, when done pour gravy over the top of your sheppards pie. makes 8 , 9 1/2 oz servings
