15 Minute Chicken, Rice & Broccoli Dinner

Ingredients
Corn Oil, 1 tbspChicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook*Campbell's Cream of Chicken(condensed), 1.25 cup*Rice, FRAFT, Minute Rice, Brown, 2 cup*Schwan's California Blend, 2 cup
Directions
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on med-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Add soup and water to skillet. Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice and vegetables. Top with chicken; cover. Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
