Ingredients
chicken steak-ummsonionpeppersmozzarella cheesemushroomspam cooking spraybbq sauce (optional)
Directions
cut up vegetables. heat large pan. spray with pam & add veggies. cook until just tender. puss veggies too side of pan. add chicken and break up. cook slightly then mix in with veggies. cook until chicken done. at this point you may add some bbq sauce. heat through and add cheeses. torn off heat if on electric range. let cheese melt. you may then serve it over rice or bread
