5 medium bell peppers (I prefer red)1 lb lean ground turkey1 cup chopped onion2.5 tsp dried italian seasoning2 cloves of galric, minced0.5 tsp salt1.5 cups brown rice, cooked1.5 jars marinara sauce0.5 cup water
Cut off tops and insides of peppers, place peppers upright in crockpot. Combine turkey, onion, garlic, salt, seasoning, rive, and half a jar of marinara sauce. Sponn mixture into peppers. Pour remaining marinara sauce over tops of peppers. Add water to crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
