White Chocolate Syrup

1.5 Cups Granulated Sugar1.5 Cups Water1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
1. Bring medium saucepan to medium heat.
2. Add sugar, water and white chocolate chips to saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves.
3. When sugar dissolves completely, remove saucepan from heat.
4. Strain contents of saucepan into heat-safe bowl.
5. Let contents sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
6. Remove solids from top of contents of bowl using a spoon.
7. Poor contents of bowl into storage container.
8. Refrigerate syrup when not in use.
Serving Size: Makes 10 3-teaspoon servings of white chocolate syrup--use less for fewer calories
