Fresh Guacamole

Ingredients
Avacado, lime, garlic, tomato, cilantro, salt, pepper, sweet bell pepper
Directions
remove skin and pit from avacado and place in small mixing bowl. Roll the lime on the counter with your palm to soften the fruit. Then halve the lime and squeeze the juice into the bowl with the avacado. Add the diced onion, pepper, garlic, and cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix and serve with whole grain pita chips or tortilla chips.
