Summer Squash Breakfast

Ingredients
1 med zucchini1 small, yellow summer squash2 Tbsp. olive oil1/4 cup walnuts1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg1/8 tsp. ground cloves1/4 tsp. salt2 packets stevia
Directions
Slice squash and sauté in olive oil until crisp-tender. Remove from heat and add walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt and stevia (to taste). Mix all ingredients.

Serving Size: Makes one full plate serving
