Vitamix Chipotle Pepper Cream Sauce

Ingredients
6 ounces light silken tofu3/4 Tablespoon fat free cream cheese1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 small garlic clove, peeled3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoons grated Romano cheese2 Tablespoons butter 1/4 teaspoon white pepper1/2 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, canned
Directions
1.Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2.Select Variable 1.
3.Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4.Blend for 4 1/2-5 1/2 minutes until smooth and hot.
5.Toss with hot pasta and serve.
