3 cups cooked lentils 2 cups oats3 Tbsp flax mixed with 1/4 cup water1/4 cup nutritional yeast (you can replace cheese for this)Tbsp soy sauce/Worchestire tsp garlictsp onion2 tsp chili powder1-2 tsp fresh herbs of choice (opt)some black pepper
Mix lentils with everything else and mash or puree with immersion blender.
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper then spray it.
Form into 9 patties and put patties on sheet.
Bake at 400 for 20 to 30 minutes; flipping half way through.
Serving Size: 7 burgers
