Vegan chili, no beans

Ingredients
2 zucchinis1 sweet onion1 container of bella mushrooms1 green bell peppers2 pablano peppers2 cans of roasted tomato and garlic1 cup water or vegetable broth
Directions
Chop all the vegetables and combine with tomato sauce. Place in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or potato. Add cheese, onion, or sour cream to make it your own!
