Raw Apple Cake

Ingredients
4 cups diced apples1/2 cup sugar1 cup rice flour1 cup almond flour1.5 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg3/4 cup potato flour
Directions
Combine apples and sugar. Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg. Beat in 2 eggs. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done.
