Ingredients:White Rice, short grain, 0.25 cupWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tbspAnise Seed, 0.5 tbspCaraway Seed, 0.5 tbspwhite sugar 2tbspFor garnish:Pistachio Nuts, 15 grams*Pine Nuts, 3 tbspAlmonds, 15 gramsCoconut, toasted, 15 gramsa little of warm water
1- soaked the nuts in 2 Water or juice and decorate the face before applying directly. If you hurry you soaked in hot water.
2- put the ground cinamon , anise,caraway and rice powder in 2 cup of water and stir on the fire with constant stirring bat.
3-When it boils and thick distributed in 3 bowl and decorate the face with nuts and coconut.
4- sreve cold or warm.
notes:
- If you want stronger taste use anise seeds instead of grounded and then boil it in water , strain it. then Follow the rest of the steps .
- For the almond peel is rich in fiber so use it as whole nuts.
- you can add : raisins - walnuts,cashow and any other additions to taste.
