3 lbs cut turkey wings1 cup sliced onions3 large potatoes cut in large pieces1 tbsp salt1 tbsp black pepper1 tbsp allspice3 whole bay leaves1/4 cup of lime juice (real limes are excellent)6 cups water1 hot pepper depending on taste
I use a pressure cooker for 20 minutes to cook the turkey but you can do it in the pot it will take longer. Cut up the onions and squeeze the lime (or use lime juice). Peel and cut up the potatoes. Put all the ingredients in the pot except the potatoes and boil for 10 - 15 minutes (longer if you did not use pressure cooker. Add the potatoes and cook until tender. Add the pepper.
