Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 garlic clove, crushedsmall onion, dicedhalf head of cabbage, chopped2 celery stalks, diced1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes1 1/2 tomato cans of water4 or 5 beef bullion cubessalt and pepper to taste 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Brown the ground beef, garlic and onion.
Add to the remaining ingredients and cook for 1 hour.

Serving Size: Make 16 approximately 1 cup servings
