Ingredients
1 cup raw kale greens1 small banana3/4 to 1 cup fresh strawberries1/2 cup blueberries1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt1/2 tbls agave nectar1/4 cup apple juice (fresh pressed, no preservatives)1 tsp lemon juice1/2 cup water or crushed ice optional
Directions
Put all ingredients in Nutriblast blender and blend to desired consistency.
