Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 12 largeHam, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, dicedSkim Milk, .25 cupSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tspGarlic powder, 1 tbspMushrooms, canned, .50 cup*Green Bell Pepper - 1/4 large pepper, dicedRed Onion Raw .33 cup diced*Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 7 oz(remove)
Mix all ingredients (add other vegetables/meats if you like) and then spoon into muffin tin. Bake on 350 degrees until you can put a fork in them and pull it out clean. Make large batches for the week and then reheat in the microwave.
