Easy tomato soup w/farro

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 Tbsp whole wheat flour1 Medium Onion1 Can Hunt's (or other) Tomato Sauce1 Can diced Tomatoes, not drained3/4 - 1 Cup cooked grains (I used leftover Farro)
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil for a few minutes. Add flour and scrape from bottom until lightly browned. Add enough water to make a thin paste. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and pre-cooked farro. Simmer until flavors mellow and farro becomes "puffed-up".

Serving Size: makes ~6 1 cup servings
