Ingredients
1 large onions500g potatos500g mushroomsoilegg1L chiken stock
Directions
cuted onion fry on a deep pan with little oil.
add on slice cuted mushrooms,stir for while, add cuted potatos and 1 litr chiken stock. cook till potato get soft. add mixed egg and stir for while. if you wish your soup thick add some corn flour or oats. enjoy
