Creamy tomato sauce

Ingredients
2 ounces cream cheese1 cup diced tomatoes and juice1 cup zucchini or spinach2 cloves garlic1/2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Saute spinach or zucchini in olive oil. Add garlic when spinach is wilted or zucchini is browned. Add tomatoes and cheese. Mix until cheese is melted. Serve with pasta.

Serving Size: Makes about three to four servings. If you like a lot of sauce, two.
