Amber's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)*Tomato Sauce Passata di Pomodoro Primo 1/2 cup 125 ml serving, 3 cup (remove)Stewed Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove)Ground Beef (lean), 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Zuccini Squash, 1 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled (remove)
Directions
heat olive oil in a pan - add onions and sauté until clear
add garlic and vegetables - sauté for 2-4 mins or until just tender
add ground beef and cook until no longer pink
add sauce and tomatoes...bring to boil then reduce and simmer for 25-30 mins
