1 15 oz can of pinto beans (Washed)1 15 oz can of light red kidney beans (Washed)1 15 oz can of dark red kidney beans (Washed)1 15 oz can of black beans (Washed)2 15 oz cans of tomato sauce1.5 cups of cut mushrooms1 cup of cut sweet red, yellow, or orange peppers1 cup of water2 tablespoons of chili powder2 tablespoons of cumin1 tablespoon of cayenne powder1 tablespoon of garlic powder2 cloves of garlic chopped up
Grease the bottom of a large pot. I used the spray grease that has zero calories. Add in your peppers, mushrooms, and garlic cloves.
Then, once those are soft, add in all the beans, the tomato sauce, the seasonings, and the water. Mix well, then get it to a rolling boil. Then set down to low for an hour and enjoy!
