Crockpot beef Pot Roast

Ingredients
*Carrot, baby (83g) 1/4 bag of 12 oz, 12 oz (remove) *Yukon Gold Potatoes (1 potatoe about 5oz), 30 oz (remove) *Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), 1.75 tbsp (remove) *Pork, fresh, shoulder, blade, boston (roasts), separable lean only, cooked, roasted, 48 oz (remove) *Gravy, dry, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) *1 med yellow onion, 1 serving (remove) Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup, 2 serving (remove)
Directions
Cut veggies and place in bottom of crockpot place roast on top of veggies pour can of beef broth on top and pour pkt of lipton onion soup mix on top and spread on roast. Put lid on crockpot ( no peeking) cook for 8 hours on low. Make 2 Brown gravy pkts according to directions and serve on top of roast and veggies.
