Lemon Blueberry Angel Food Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 box angel food cake mix1 bag frozen blueberries (can use any fruit, really)3 lemonslarge tub of lite cool whip3 tbsp. powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. juice & zest 3 lemons. Add 1/2 cup lemon juice & 3/4 cup water to cake mix. Blend mix according to box instructions. Fold in fruit. Place cupcake liners in muffin pan & fill each liner to the top with cake batter. Bake about 15 minutes or until cupcakes are golden. Repeat until batter is gone. As cupcakes are cooling add powdered sugar to remaining lemon juice. Whisk until smooth. Whisk in cool whip & lemon zest. Ice each cupcake with cool whip mixture. Refrigerate leftovers.
