Charleston Receipts Repeats - Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
Butter, salted, 0.33 cup Granulated Sugar, 0.33 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 0.5 cup *Flour, white, 1.5 cup Salt, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 3 tsp Blueberries, fresh, 2 cup
Directions
1) Cream butter and sugar until light.
2) Add egg.
3) Sift together flour baking powder, and salt. Add to
above and mix alternately with milk.
4) Fold in drained blueberries.
5) Bake 25 minutes in greased muffin pan at 425 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes 1 dozen muffins.
